Application
As a general rule, a viewing before applying is required. Please make sure you view the room before applying.
As with the interior inspection,ITANDI BBWe are currently accepting applications.
About the rental screening
The review process usually takes 3-7 days.
In order to verify the guarantor company's application, the contract holder and the emergency contact may be contacted for confirmation.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know in advance.
Please note that we cannot answer any questions regarding the reasons for the screening results.
About advertising
To advertise a property, please fax us a request form (your company format is acceptable).
We will send you a fax containing our answer.
Please note that we do not answer any questions regarding possible media over the phone.
Contract fees and brokerage fees
Regarding the contract amount, we will send a detailed statement excluding the brokerage fee to the broker, so please give it to the broker.
Please bring or transfer the deposit by the day of the contract.
If we are unable to confirm your deposit by the time of signing the contract, the contract may be postponed or cancelled.
Be sure to inform your customers.
Brokerage fees will be charged directly to the client.
As a general rule, we do not charge any brokerage fees to our customers.
