In the unlikely event that your item is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible.

Currently occupied

Facility

Residents are responsible for replacing consumable items such as light bulbs, fluorescent lights, faucet gaskets, and shoji paper.

The equipment belongs to the landlord. Please use it with care and do not forget to take care of it.

Please be sure to contact us if you experience any problems.

*Please note that if repairs are made without notice and costs are incurred, we may not be able to pay the costs.

noise

Living in a shared housing complex requires consideration from all residents.

Please be considerate of other residents when cleaning, doing laundry, or watching the TV volume, especially late at night or early in the morning.

If you have small children in your home, or if you live in a property that allows pets and have dogs or cats, and are concerned about noise disturbing those around you, it may be a good idea to take precautions in advance, such as laying down cushion sheets.

Common areas

The corridors, balconies, stairs, etc. are shared areas.

Please refrain from leaving personal belongings or littering as these areas are also used as evacuation routes.

Throwing unwanted flyers and other items on the floor around the mailbox can also be a nuisance to those around you.

Please use it with care just like you would any other facility.
