About renting
The main costs include the deposit (guarantee money), key money, agency fee, fire insurance fee, guarantor company guarantee fee, and advance rent.

A security deposit is money that you give to your landlord to cover cleaning costs etc. when you move out.
Key money is money given to show gratitude to the landlord for renting you a room.
This is a company that provides a rent payment service on behalf of customers in the unlikely event that they fall behind on their rent payments.
A guarantee contract will be signed between the customer and the guarantor company, and a guarantee fee of 50% to 100% of the monthly rent will be paid.
