What is a guarantor company?
This is a company that provides a rent payment service on behalf of customers in the unlikely event that they fall behind on their rent payments.
A guarantee contract will be signed between the customer and the guarantor company, and a guarantee fee of 50% to 100% of the monthly rent will be paid.
* Annual renewal fees may be required.
Documents required for application
·Identification
(Driver's license, My Number card, insurance card, passport, etc.)
・Copy of the registry
・Identification of the person in charge
When applying for parking, please also submit a copy of your vehicle registration certificate.

3. Tenant screening
・Landlord and guarantor company screening
*It takes at least a few days, but on average it takes about a week.
4. After the review results are approved
Once your application is approved, we will contact you.
・Confirmation of contract date, move-in date, etc.
・Issuance of statement
5. On the day of contract
・Explanation of important matters, explanation based on the Dispute Prevention Ordinance, explanation of contract contents
・Signing and stamping contracts and various documents (guarantor company, insurance)
・Explanation of garbage, lifelines, hazard maps, etc.
*It takes an average of 1 to 1.5 hours to sign a contract.
